Prost!

For the second time in three months I am heading across the pond to Europe.   If the title doesn't give it away, I am heading to Germany for Oktoberfest (Prost = Cheers in German).  Yes, it is only September but the Wisen actually takes place the last two weeks of September and the first week in October.

A group of 9 of us from Chicago will be heading to Munich for the middle weekend of Oktoberfest.  Friday morning we arrive in Frankfurt and then train it to Munich for three days of Oktoberfest.  It will not be all beer drinking and sausage eating as we have a few tours planned including a tour of Dachau and a bike tour through Munich. 

After Munich we head to Austria with stops in Berchesgerden, Salzburg and Vienna.  To close our trip, we are heading to Prague for the last weekend.   Stay tuned for updates and as a side note I will be blogging from an iPad so sorry to any formatting issues ahead of time.
